Wi-Fi was dependable. 24-hour reception was helpful, but the laundry service was slow.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me an early check-in and helping arrange a safe taxi to the train station.
The noise from the Plaza de Armas could be bothersome at times, especially for light sleepers.

The suite offered stunning panoramic views of the square, making every morning feel grand. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with reliable hot water, keeping the experience quite comfy.
Rooms appeared outdated, with unpleasant odors from the bathroom and broken furniture. Noise from the vibrant nearby street made it hard to get a good night's sleep, which is a significant issue considering the central location. Additionally, room allocation seemed inconsistent, as we were given two twin rooms instead of the requested double.

The location absolutely can't be beaten, right on the Plaza de Armas. I had a stunning room with a balcony that offered an amazing view of the square and the beautiful cathedral. The breakfast was a treat, especially with the cook, Carmen, welcoming guests with her cheerful demeanor. Hot water in the spacious bathroom had great pressure, and the heater kept the room cozy at night. The staff stored my luggage while I took my trip to Machu Picchu, which made everything easier. On the downside, noise from the plaza can be an issue, so light sleepers might want to request a room away from the front. Also, the dining area felt a bit cramped due to lack of windows, but the meal options were solid. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, though a few minor adjustments could enhance the experience further.

great location but noise from plaza can interrupt rest
The room we stayed in was spacious, with a beautifully renovated bathroom! The heater kept us warm during the chilly nights, and the balcony had a fantastic view of the Plaza. Breakfast was a highlight, as we enjoyed fresh fruit and the charming company of Carmen, who made the mornings delightful.
Noise from the plaza can be bothersome at times, especially at night.

soundproof balcony door, newly renovated bathroom, panoramic suite view
The room choices seem unreliable!!! The breakfast area lacks windows, making it feel quite claustrophobic!!! The noise levels need addressing if guests are to enjoy peaceful nights!!!

Excellent location right by the Plaza de Armas made it easy to explore, and the sound insulation was surprisingly good despite the bustle outside. The suite offered ample space, with a comfortable bed and a splendid view of the festivities below. Breakfast included tasty options, and the friendly staff helped arrange transportation smoothly. However, the absence of an elevator and some noise issues at night were drawbacks for a more restful experience.

Perfect spot in Cusco!
This place is right at the Plaza de Armas, super convenient for exploring! The staff is super friendly and tried really hard to accommodate us when we arrived way early. Breakfast was tasty, especially the fresh fruit. Just remember that you gotta haul your bags a bit since cars can’t drive right up to the hotel.
